z/VSE 5.1 APAR DY47394 may improve the performance for Hipersocket connections between
z/VSE and Linux on System z, when the number of queues is unbalanced.
The number of QDIO input queue buffers can now be configuered as a multiple of 8 in the range
from 8 to 120. The default is 8.
